Terms of Service

By accessing or using KolHunt ("the Service"), operated by Sodai Labs Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

KolHunt is an influencer marketing platform that helps brands discover, evaluate, and connect with Thai content creators. The Service includes creator search, AI-powered matching, campaign management tools, and analytics.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

KolHunt offers Free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Thai Baht (THB). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Thai law
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security
• Use creator data for purposes outside the platform
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service

Creator profiles displayed on KolHunt are compiled from publicly available information. We enrich this data using AI analysis. Creator data is provided for evaluation purposes within the platform and may not be exported for use outside authorized campaign workflows.

All content, features, and functionality of KolHunt are owned by Sodai Labs Co., Ltd. and are protected by Thai and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

KolHunt provides tools and data to assist with influencer marketing decisions. We do not guarantee campaign results, creator availability, or the accuracy of third-party data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

KolHunt facilitates connections between brands and creators but is not a party to any agreement between them. Brands and creators are solely responsible for their campaign terms, deliverables, payments, and compliance with advertising regulations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
